Global Business Services Rewards 2024

For the second time, Sourcing Change, now in conjunction with Everest Group, has taken the pulse of the industry’s rewards for high-impact GBS “make it happen” roles. Unlike typical corporate compensation surveys─a valuable tool in the arsenal of every HR department’s compensation and benefits function─we correlate factors such as maturity, extent of globalization, scope, and operating model with compensation, deriving a more nuanced view of the GBS rewards landscape. Used together, the data should give leaders and their enterprises a critical tool to manage what the industry increasingly considers the number one imperative: talent.
